Art In the Dark

This is me playing around with my new Fujifilm X-T3. I do a lot of this stuff. Make a few cocktails, float around the house, take dimly lit pictures of things. I’m really impressed with what this camera can do. And it’s fun to use. It reminds me of how I felt when I first started shooting with an SLR. The really great part is it’s mine (not belonging to the company) or hindered by any restrictions in terms of budget, timing, brand, familiarity of systems, etc. I’m reminded of a saying that every instrument has a song in it…every guitar was meant to play a song? A quick google search on that yields zero results, so maybe it’s not a saying. Maybe I’m saying it now. It’s cheesy maybe, but this instrument definitely plays a certain beautiful and moving kind of music.
